I tried to install Ubuntu but Gparted cannot partition my SSD.

What can I do?

I can boot normally with my Ubuntu 18.04. The issue is only when I installed the 19.04 in an other partition.
Do you think it is safe to use the Boot Repair?

I installed Ubuntu 19.04 and when I log in, it always returns to the login screen. Inclusive when I install it not to ask for my password....
The live CD works great.
